But truly special examples with rare dials could command much more. As with many vintage watches, pink gold Bubblebacks would command a premium for their relative rarity. Meanwhile, most stainless steel Bubblebacks would’ve been sold on straps for $3,000 to $5,000. Look around the market today, and you’ll see those prices haven’t changed much, 30 years (and 30 years of inflation) later.
